About Sanjay Gandhi

Sanjay Gandhi National Park is one of the most visited national parks in the world, situated entirely within the metropolitan boundaries of Mumbai. Over a hundred leopards navigate this urban forest, making it the only national park with a confirmed resident big-cat population inside a megacity. The 1st-century BCE Kanheri Caves are located within the park.
